[It'll take several minutes for her to respond as she re-reads the text a few more times. She had just taken one not too long ago, even though she swears she hadn't used much of her mana.]
What do you mean? They were just weaker versions of it, right? Only they forgot to change the color and name...
[No one told her... And she has that bad habit of acting without thinking at times... And he's scaring her right now, but she's not going to tell him that.]
Okay! I'll stop! [A pause.] What do you mean by "dependent", though?
[If he had been there, he'd see her expression as one of those "I have an idea what you mean, but I really want to be wrong about this".]
[It takes a minute for him to respond. It's good he has the time to think between texts. He's really not doing too well.]
Stopping is going to make you feel horrible. You'll run out of mana and get headaches along with other things, but if you keep up with it long enough it'll get better.
[And ah, it's easier to lie over text, so the next is included smoothly.] It's a better question how you don't know it yet. People from the ship are affected all over from the looks of it. The further you go into the city, the more you can see just how it isn't thriving anymore.
What do you mean by "worse", Zelos? [Like wishing she was dead worse? Or not wishing this on her worst enemy worse?]
I knew the ADAM was bad because of that message, so I stayed away from it! [Never occurred to her that EVE was the same.] I don't know why other people didn't listen. I don't want to fight them, Zelos.
[Yep. She hasn't quite realized that he may know just a little too much.]
[Please enjoy this pause while Sheena leans her head back against the wall and mentally chastises herself for not heeding their advice about not trusting the Company. But this isn't them, right? Or is it? She's not sure anymore and her head's starting to hurt again--from thinking.]
Why wouldn't I have the will to destroy it?
[But even as she wrote that, she knows.]
Never mind.
I haven't heard from Lloyd since we entered this place. Have you?

[Yep. Honestly thinks the things are weird gels.]

No they're not! Just trust me for once would you? Stop taking them!

[He thinks. He hopes.]

Like being sick? [She's not looking forward to it, but she's gotta do it! Though...]
Zelos, how do you know all this?

EVE is derived from ADAM, Sheena. It's part of the same thing. The effects are less extreme as far as I know but stay away from both of it.

[There's a pause as she reads the text. This is one of those times she wishes she had gone to school.]
I...didn't know. And that stuff is everywhere, Zelos! Should I destroy it?
no subject
If you have the will to that'd probably be best. If you're too tempted just stay away from it.

Good. How'd he manage to avoid the stuff anyway?
[There's a brief pause.]
I don't understand why anyone would make something like that, though. I mean, why keep doing it after seeing what it did to people?
